and technologies at heat power plants;
- Delivery of state-of-the-art equipment and materials for heat
supply- and heat power engineering facilities;
- Erection, repair and maintenance at heat engineering facilities;
testing and adjustment of mode of operation for steam- and hot-water
boilers of different capacities fired with solid-, liquid- or gaseous
fuel; adjustment of heat supply systems;
- Works in the field of environmental protection (projects for the
rates of maximum admissible emissions; developing and construction
of clean-up systems).
PRODUCTS:
1. Fully automated containerized boiler houses (steam-
and hot-water) fired with natural gas and liquid fuel of 500 to 5
000 KW in capacity; from the design engineering stage to delivery
of equipment, erection and maintenance.
2. Boilers, burners, igniters, flame detectors,
heat exchangers, accessories and fittings, auxiliary equipment for
power plants and boiler houses.
3. Innovation products:
- Regulating valves for high pressure cylinder for Russian-made
steam turbines К-200-130, Т-110-130, ПТ-80-130;
- Cast-iron spherical grating heat-exchange work surfaces for the
cold part of regenerative air-heaters in high-capacity steam boilers;
- Vortex-damping gratings for the exhaust pipe of the low-pressure
cylinder in steam turbines К-200-130;
- Burners up to 18 MW in capacity intended for combusting low-calorific
gas (of blast-furnace top gas type).
4. Design engineering documentation for pressurized
equipment, for pipelines, gas systems and systems intended for handling
hazardous liquid products. |
